Our founder, Rista Nia, was once in your shoes. After several times of difficulty finding boarding houses or difficulties in property buying and selling transactions because the process is long and there are many loopholes for fraud to occur —she realized not everyone knows how to properly check a property. And truly neutral, professional services are hard to find.
That’s how the idea for ngecekin.co.id came to life: an independent property checking service that doesn’t sell, doesn’t take commissions, and has zero marketing fluff.
With a background in startups and product management, Rista and the team built a transparent, standardized, and professional system for independent property inspections—while still keeping it affordable.
